Rosa Damascena Flower Oil | This pure essential oil contains powerful skin rejuvenating elements. Its soothing properties work as the skin encouraged to attract and retain moisture.

Rosa Damascena Flower Extract | Rose, “The Queen of all Aromatics” is said to have sprung from the blood of the gods. This non-sprayed Rose Otto is extracted from the Damask Rose, grown in the Valley of Roses in Bulgaria. This unmistakable oil is used in many perfumes. It is the finest essential oil for skin moisturizing while also providing calming benefits for the skin.

Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil | Extracted from the seeds of the Meadowfoam plant, this highly moisturizing oil has the ability to remain on the skin for a long period of time to provide long term hydration, while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 

Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil | Extracted from the seed of a ripe avocado fruit, this emollient is rich with essential fatty acids and contains a high content of vitamins A, D, and E.  Avocado Oil is known to have one of the highest skin penetrating abilities of all plant oils and can provide soothing relief for many conditions including parched skin, rashes, eczema, and sensitive skin. 

Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil | A lightweight nutrient and antioxidant enriched oil extracted from grape seeds that contains significantly more essential fatty acids than other carrier oils.  

Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil | A non-greasy emollient oil that mimics the skin’s NMF and is rapidly absorbed. Apricot oil has a high Vitamin E content; it can aid in retaining the skin's elasticity, clarity, and suppleness. It is comprised of approximately 75% oleic and 20% linoleic omega fatty acids. 

General Theory [Bulgarian Rose Otto] | Epicuren®’s Rose Otto comes directly from the world-renowned rose fields of Bulgaria. The rose blossoms are collected by hand at sunrise, when the oil content is at its highest. Rose Otto is created through a hydro-distillation method, similar to steam distillation but processed in a more specific and delicate manner. This luxurious essential oil requires significantly more petals to create the equivalent of Rose Absolute, making the Otto far more expensive. The Rose Otto’s divine aroma is different from Rose Absolute and has a subtle fresh and floral scent, not exactly like the flower. When applied to the skin, this essential oil boosts hydration, nourishes, and rejuvenates.

Application | After toner application, using fingertips, spread a pea size amount over entire face, neck, and décolleté. Follow with moisturizer. This product may also be used as a spot treatment around the mouth and eye area, or mixed with your daily moisturizer as a moisture ‘boost’.

Companion Products and Application Tips | To achieve optimal results, your client should be using a minimum of one specialty product from each subcategory: Hydrators, Anti-Aging, Prevention/Correction, and Spot/Pinpoint. This versatile ‘moisture booster’ can be combined with any of the Epicuren® home care masks, and/or moisturizers to increase hydration. The Bulgarian Rose Otto may also be used post facial waxing to calm and soothe. In the treatment room; combine the Bulgarian Rose Otto with Aloe Vera Calming Gel or Hydrating Mineral Mask as a facial massage base.
